Would you like to join us on our journey? Södra Centrum and Norra Centrum are now seeking more nursing assistants to join their teams. Södra Centrum is located in central Ängelholm and is a bike-friendly area. Norra Centrum is situated near the E6 highway and is predominantly a car-dependent area. The positions are for three permanent contracts: two positions at Södra Centrum and one position at Norra Centrum. Please indicate in your application which position you are applying for. JOB DESCRIPTION The primary responsibility is providing care in the form of support and assistance to residents in their daily lives. Planning and organizing work is done in close collaboration with the unit manager, coordinator, planner, colleagues, and other professionals. Health and medical tasks are performed under the delegation of a nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. We work with computers, mobile phones, tablets, and IT systems for documentation and communication, so it is important that you are comfortable using these tools. QUALIFICATIONS It is a requirement that applicants have a nursing assistant diploma and proof of the right to use the title of nursing assistant. Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is also required, along with the ability to pass a medication delegation. Previous experience in the following areas is advantageous: - Work within home care - Quality registers such as BPSD and Senior Alert The job requires you to be able to cycle or drive, depending on the position you are applying for. You will need to use personal Bank-ID to log into your work schedule and our operational systems.
