We operate five senior residences with vibrant social communities, an in-house home care service, and four nursing homes where secure care is the main focus. We are now seeking a dedicated colleague to join our team at Blomsterfonden's care and nursing home in Liseberg. You are a trained nursing assistant with experience in dementia care, which is particularly meritorious.

At Blomsterfonden, we work in a team around the residents and have relatives’ representatives, mentors, and ethics and response representatives. You will be part of a team of nursing assistants with a group leader who is also a nurse as your immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

• You are a trained nursing assistant (at least 1500 points)
• You can present proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare regarding protected professional title
• Experience in dementia care is highly meritorious
• You have a good approach towards residents, relatives, and colleagues
• You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• You have good computer skills and are comfortable with documentation

Other

• Work during the day/evening as well as every other weekend according to schedule.
• Salary according to agreement. Blomsterfonden applies individual salary setting.
• The workplace is covered by a collective agreement.
