Your Responsibilities As a Social Pedagogue at Blombackaskolan, you will be part of the student health team and work in a health-promoting, preventive, and remedial capacity. Your mission is based on the school's core values work, where you systematically address discrimination and bullying, contributing to students' safety, study environment, and learning throughout the school day. Your daily tasks involve collaborating with educators in subject teams and working groups for grades 4-6 to help our students succeed. You will be responsible for managing and resolving conflicts, contacting guardians, working preventively, and supporting mentors in values education while following up on absenteeism. You will be part of the safety team and work with a K-9 perspective in student health. You will also be responsible for the after-school program for grades 4-6 in the afternoons. Who Are You?
