Your Responsibilities This academic year, you will teach in the preschool class, with the intention of following your student group up to grade 1. Requirements: - You have a degree with teaching certification for preschool class and grades 1-3 in Swedish, Swedish as a Second Language, Mathematics, Social Studies, and English. - You are well-versed in the school's governing documents and have a formative approach to your teaching. - You are a clear leader in the classroom and can adapt your instruction to the student group you are working with. - You have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and communicate with students, guardians, and colleagues in a way that takes responsibility for the message and ensures the recipient understands what you mean. Meritorious: - You have competence and experience working with a language and knowledge-developing approach with good results. - You have experience using the mandatory mapping matrix for preschool class and screening tools LegiLexi and Magma.
