**The Role: Drive the Sales Cycle and Shape the Marketing Strategy**
In this key role, you will be the face of our SaaS solution. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, while actively contributing to shaping our marketing strategy and product positioning through your work.

**Main Responsibilities:**
1. **Sales & New Customer Acquisition (Hunter Focus)**
• **Prospecting:** Identify and qualify new customers within the education sector (schools, vocational colleges) as well as companies that want to engage in the integration between work and education.
• **Cold Calling/Meeting Booking:** Conduct effective and targeted cold calls to book product demonstrations and initiate the sales process.
• **SaaS Sales:** Take responsibility for the entire sales cycle of our subscription-based software solution, including demos, negotiations, and contract signing.
• **Business-Driving Responsibility:** You will have a leading role in driving business and building our customer portfolio.
2. **Marketing Strategy & Feedback**
• **Market Insights:** Act as the link between the market and product development by gathering customer feedback and insights about market needs.
• **Contribute to Marketing Materials:** Collaborate closely with the marketing department by providing feedback on sales support, campaigns, and customer segmentation based on your results.
• **Positioning:** Help strengthen the brand by participating in relevant industry events and networking meetings.
