We are now seeking hourly substitutes for the elderly and disability services department. YOUR WORK TASKS We are seeking committed and caring hourly substitutes for our elderly care and municipal LSS and social psychiatry services! As a substitute with us, you'll have the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives and contribute to creating a safe and dignified existence for our service users. The work involves providing support and care to the elderly and people with disabilities in their homes or in our facilities. You will work in a team with experienced colleagues who will support and guide you in your work. Some positions may involve working alone. If you are a warm and empathetic person who wants to work with people and make a positive impact, this job is for you! FOR THIS ROLE, YOU MUST: • Be a trained nursing assistant with a professional title issued by the National Board of Health and Welfare, have another pedagogical education, or a home care assistant training. • Be able to assist with personal hygiene for both men and women. • Have excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. • Have good computer skills. WE HIGHLY VALUE: • Experience working in healthcare and social services. • Experience working with medical delegation. • Having a B driver's license and ability to travel between different workplaces in the municipality. • Ability to cycle.
