Site Manager - Gävle Location
We are seeking an engaging leader with a strong focus on building and developing a cohesive team. As Site Manager, you will play a key role in leading and coaching your staff to success while driving sales and business development. You will report to the Regional Manager.

As Site Manager, you will have a central role where you:
- Drive sales and customer relations: Responsible for developing sales, including cross-selling, and building strong relationships with local and national customers.
- Lead and develop staff: Have full personnel responsibility, from recruitment and introduction to ongoing development and coaching. You will ensure a safe and healthy workplace in accordance with applicable laws and our leadership model, and actively work to promote diversity and inclusion in the team.
- Responsible for results and operations: Proactively plan, lead, and distribute work to ensure the branch meets its goals and budget. You will also handle important administrative tasks such as time reports, inventory, and invoicing.
In Gävle, we service all types of vehicles with tire and car services, offering tire hotel and emergency services. We work with several major customer contracts where, as Site Manager, you will be responsible for dialogue, coordination, and follow-up on certain agreements. You will have a team that collectively builds the competence needed to continue delivering good results and satisfied customers.

We are seeking candidates who have:
- Documented leadership experience with personnel responsibility, preferably in a workshop environment or similar service industry.
- A proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees to create a strong and effective team.
- Strong focus on customer management and business development, with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Good knowledge of work environment and safety, and ability to follow relevant laws and regulations.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
- Experience with budget responsibility and tracking financial goals.
- Good administrative skills.
A driver's license (Class B) is required. Last but not least, you naturally share our interest in the automotive industry.
