• **Relationship Building:** Manage and develop existing customer relationships to identify upselling opportunities and long-term partnerships.
• **Solution Focus:** Work closely with our training managers to match the client's competency needs with the right course content and delivery methods.
• **Market Understanding:** Stay updated on the latest trends in tech and skills development to optimally position our training programs.
