The role requires a hunter mentality to identify new needs and a consultative approach to tailor training packages. **What You Will Do:** • **New Customer Acquisition & Business Development:** Actively prospect and drive sales of customized and open training programs in areas such as cloud services, programming, AI, cybersecurity, and project management. • **Strategic Sales:** Conduct cold calls and schedule meetings at the decision-making level (CTOs, HR Managers, Training Managers). • **Relationship Building:** Manage and develop existing customer relationships to identify upselling opportunities and long-term partnerships. • **Solution Focus:** Work closely with our training managers to match the client's competency needs with the right course content and delivery methods. • **Market Understanding:** Stay updated on the latest trends in tech and skills development to optimally position our training programs. **Who Are You?
