Do you have experience working with development management and knowledge development in the area of children and youth and want to use your expertise to create a collaborative model together with the education sector and Region Östergötland? Then you might be the one we're looking for! About the Role This role contains two parts: development leader and follow-up researcher. As a development leader, you will play a central role in Östergötland in forming a collaborative model for children and youth in cooperation with Region Östergötland and Östergötland's education sectors. Your contribution will directly impact shaping the future society by creating better conditions for our next generations. The position is based in Valdemarsvik but has a connection to the R&D Center in Linköping (Research and Development), where innovation and knowledge development are in focus. In the role of follow-up researcher for Valdemarsvik municipality, you will have a special assignment to support and analyze the municipality's ongoing development work. Through close dialogue with managers, employees, and collaboration partners, you will contribute to learning and reflection in daily work. The work is based on a child rights and holistic perspective, with the goal of creating sustainable structures for early and coordinated interventions. Your Responsibilities: Develop and lead projects aimed at forming a collaborative model for children and youth in Östergötland Represent Social Services in collaboration with education in Östergötland and Region Östergötland Contribute to knowledge development in Valdemarsvik municipality and spread good examples and experiences between municipalities in the county Create participation, engagement, and consensus in work between different actors QUALIFICATIONS We Are Seeking Someone Who: Has experience in work management and project management, preferably in areas related to children and youth Academic doctoral degree in social or behavioral science, public health, social work, pedagogy, or equivalent field Knowledge of or experience in follow-up research, evaluation, or other analytical activities Has good knowledge of the Social Services Act and Education Act Is a clear and inspiring communicator with the ability to create engagement and participation Thinks strategically and has a broad perspective on issues, with the ability to anticipate and navigate future challenges Ability to work both strategically and operationally, switching between holistic perspective and detailed analysis.
