Become a personal assistant to a teenage girl who loves adventure!

I am a teenage girl with cerebral palsy who uses a wheelchair and loves when things happen – swimming, going biskiing, visiting Gröna Lund, outings, and everything that is fun and a little crazy. I am now looking for a personal assistant who wants to join me on both adventures and everyday activities, and who can help me with practical tasks: eating, communicating, personal hygiene, mobility, stretching, and exercise – while also being my companion in laughter, ideas, and all the fun moments that everyday life offers. I am looking for someone who has a sense of humor, is creative, and young at heart. You should be calm and reliable when needed, but also have energy and drive when we are planning fun activities. Reliability, punctuality, and enjoying being close to me, my assistant team, and my family are extremely important. We are looking for assistants who are also interested in a mixed schedule of day/evening/night/weekend shifts as outlined below. Monday to Friday day shift 7:15 AM - 3:30 PM, every week. The position is located at my school, starting in Skärholmen or in Fruängen, or wherever I am each week. Employment is 100% as agreed. Monday to Friday evening shift 3:30 PM - 9:00 PM and weekends daytime/evening 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM (even weeks). The position is located every other week in Jungfrusund (starting from school) or wherever I am. Employment is 100%-50% as agreed, or if you just want to work extra. You should be able to work independently but also be a good team player, as you will be part of a team of assistants, where much of the time will involve double assistance or covering for someone who is sick, as well as working with the rest of my family. Employment type: Hourly employment, which may transition to a fixed-term position as long as the assignment lasts with good collaboration. Employment conditions, overtime compensation, occupational pension, insurance agreements, etc., are regulated by the applicable collective agreement between Fremia & Kommunal.
