About the assignment Hello, My name is Filip, I am 33 years old, and I have a neurological muscle disease called Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type 2. To briefly describe my disability, it causes weakness in my muscles. Therefore, I need a personal assistant to help me with daily activities such as mobility, personal care, training, etc. If I were to describe myself, I would say that I am very kind and considerate. I live just outside Kristianstad with good bus connections. My interests include reading books and learning new things; I enjoy discussing various topics with my assistants. I also play chess at an intermediate level, which reflects my enjoyment of analyzing, thinking strategically, and solving problems. It is beneficial if you appreciate this type of conversation, as it is a significant part of my daily life. As an applicant, you should have a genuine interest in helping a person live their life on their own terms. We prefer that you are flexible with your hours, calm and secure in yourself, and meticulous in your work, as it involves important routines. You will be part of a supportive team. We collaborate as a team, supporting each other to ensure everything runs smoothly. In daily life, you will work independently with me, making our relationship important. About the position I am looking for a new assistant; the position is 75% on a rotating schedule. Shifts: day 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM, evening 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM, and weekend 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM and 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM. We use a time-based schedule and time reporting. Salary according to the collective agreement with Fremia. Qualifications: - Non-smoker - Cat in the home, so not allergic to furry animals - The job involves mobility assistance, so you should have the physical ability to lift and assist with such tasks. - Most importantly, you should be genuine and have a positive attitude towards me and your colleagues. You should be reliable and willing to contribute to a secure daily life.
