About the Position Professionals Nord is now launching this successful program. Through our initiative, we're shaping the next generation of cooling technicians. During the introductory period, you'll develop skills to quickly become comfortable with the tasks required in the role of cooling technician. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Enwell for at least 18 months. The goal is then for your employment to transition to Enwell, provided all parties are satisfied with the collaboration. About the Introductory Period The introductory period is based on the Accelerated Learning method, where shorter theoretical segments are combined with practical moments to provide you with all the tools you need to succeed in the role. During the period, you'll develop skills in areas such as electrical knowledge, blueprint reading, control systems, and cooling process components. We offer study support throughout the entire introductory period. Position Details As a cooling technician at Enwell, you'll ensure that their customers' energy systems function as they should. You'll work with service, troubleshooting, and maintenance, often in residential settings. This might involve replacing components in a heat pump, pressure testing boreholes, or addressing leaks, but most importantly, finding solutions that optimize the customer's system. The work is varied and combines practical craftsmanship with technical problem-solving. You'll plan and work independently at customer sites but always have colleagues nearby when needed. The role suits someone who enjoys taking personal responsibility, meeting people, and finding on-site solutions. You'll work from home or the office, depending on assignments, and travel is involved in the service. As a cooling technician at Enwell, you'll have a free and developmental profession – and you'll also gain knowledge in energy and technology that you'll find useful both at work and in private life. We're Looking for Someone Who: • Has a strong interest in changing career to become a cooling technician • Is 18 years or older • Has a high school diploma • Holds a B driver's license • Speaks and writes Swedish fluently • Has passed MAP & Matrigma tests • Passes background check We believe your personal qualities play a significant role in how well you'll thrive during the introductory period and in the role of cooling technician.
