**Information about the program**
Professionals Nord is once again launching this successful program in collaboration with Satellite Group, this time with a new and exciting focus!
Through our initiative, we are shaping the next generation of Contact Line Technicians, and you could be one of them. During the introductory period with Satellite Group, you will develop the skills necessary to quickly become confident and secure in your role as a Contact Line Technician.
This initiative is a close collaboration between Professionals Nord and Strukton Rail. Upon completion of the program, you will be employed by us at Professionals Nord, and for the first 18 months, you will work as a consultant for our client, Strukton Rail. Provided that the collaboration has gone well, the goal and intention is for continued employment with Strukton Rail.

**Information about the introductory period**
The introductory period is based on the Accelerated Learning method, where shorter theoretical segments are combined with practical elements to provide you with all the tools you need to succeed in the role. During this period, you will develop in areas such as:
- Basic electricity
- Safety
- Standards and regulations for work on the railway
- Contact line systems
- Control systems & programming
We offer the opportunity for study support throughout the entire introductory period.

Introduction: February 9 – April 24, 2026 (including practical training)
First day at Strukton: April 27, 2026

**Information about the position**
Strukton Rail is a leading player in railway infrastructure, focusing on operations, maintenance, and modernization, creating sustainable and safe transport solutions with a strong emphasis on safety and quality. You will work with everything related to the railway's electrical systems. The work includes maintenance, repairs, and installation of contact lines. You will work closely with switches and ensure that the power supply along the tracks functions as it should.
The position entails a varied and practical daily routine where no two days are alike. You will be a key player within the railway's electrical system, and you will have varying working hours, primarily during the day and nights, but weekends and on-call duties may also occur. You will work both independently and in pairs, focusing on maintaining the highest standards in an important part of the railway infrastructure.
**We are looking for someone who:**
- Is technically inclined and enjoys working outdoors and with their hands!
- Has the motivation and interest to make a career change
- Has passed the required tests (MAP & Matrigma)
- Has a passed health examination (to be booked by PN for final candidates)
- Holds a high school diploma
- Is at least 18 years old
- Holds a valid driver's license (B)
- Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English
- Has passed a background check
