We offer flexibility in your placement; you do not need to work at the same pharmacy where you are stationed. For example, you can work as a pharmacist at one of our four pharmacies in central Varberg, but have your customer service placement in the local area where you live or one that suits you better. 📞 What you will do in the role of pharmacist within our customer service:
- First point of contact and manage comprehensive customer service inquiries.
- Handle prescription-related questions: you will assist customers with booking prescriptions at both local pharmacies and via e-commerce.
- Care sales: listen to the customer's needs, quickly identify new trends and demands, and enhance the offering.
- Work towards jointly established KPIs: such as NKI, NPS, AHT, and ACW.
- General RX-related inquiries: including dialogue with our pharmacies or our e-commerce.
🏥 What you will do in the role of pharmacist at the pharmacy:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work at our pharmacy in Varberg.
- Counseling and sales of medications and self-care products: you will assist customers with both self-care and prescription needs.
- You will help your customers achieve proper medication use and health.
- Care sales: listen to both the visible and hidden needs of the customer through needs analysis.
- Work towards jointly established KPIs: such as NKI, NPS, self-care packaging/customer, EMV, and more.
- General pharmacy-related tasks: inventory management, campaign work, revisions, sustainability, and more.
- Actively participate in reporting and following up on productivity and other goals.
- Contribute to good collaboration regarding processes and efficiency together with warehouse staff, team leaders, and functional managers.
We offer a permanent position with an initial probationary period. Your immediate supervisor will be one of our five Team Managers, and you will be employed in our customer service organization. Working hours may vary, and we are responsive to any requests.
