Global Support Specialist - MPS Support for Monitor ERP

About the Role As an MPS Support Specialist at Monitor, you are a key person for our customers in their daily work with our business system Monitor ERP. You function as an extended arm of the customer, using your expertise to help them solve issues and problems that arise. Your contribution directly helps improve customer productivity and efficiency. The work involves managing incoming cases, troubleshooting, and guiding customers via phone, email, and remote access to ensure their problems are resolved professionally and pedagogically. The role is versatile and requires both technical understanding and strong communication skills. As part of Monitor's support team, you are an important representative of our high service level and quality. Monitor Support You will become part of our global support department, consisting of approximately 90 colleagues divided into three specialist areas: finance, technology, and MPS. Our employees are located in Sweden and several international offices, providing us with broad expertise and the ability to support customers with diverse needs. The entire support team features a great mix of experience, from recent graduates to industry experts with long-term experience, creating a dynamic and learning work environment. Who Are You? You are someone who enjoys helping others, has a structured work approach, and thrives on solving problems in close dialogue with customers.
