Now, as a trained nurse, you have the opportunity to apply to a workplace where you are provided with the conditions to develop professionally, regardless of where you are in your career! About the position and us
Working as a nurse in an orthopedic care department is varied and exciting. Here, you will meet patients with diverse care needs. With us, you will gain a broad foundation in the nursing profession, whether you are new to your career or have several years of experience. The introduction is tailored to your previous experiences.
Orthopedics encompasses the treatment of fractures and other injuries and pain conditions of the musculoskeletal system. At the Orthopedic Clinic, we handle acute traumas around the clock, but we also perform planned surgeries such as hip and knee replacements. Here, we work cross-professionally together with doctors, nursing assistants, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, etc., and share responsibility for our patients.
We are now offering a vacant position focused on day and evening shifts.
We offer you
- Individually tailored introduction
- Opportunity for specialist training in orthopedics
- A responsibility area that you are passionate about and the chance to join our various sections
- Internal training
- Opportunity for innovative thinking towards the future of orthopedics
- Close and engaged leadership
In our major initiative, we at Orthopedics offer our nurses a specialist training program to become orthopedic nurses and a 15 ECTS course in orthopedics in Malmö.
This is you
You who are applying are a licensed nurse, interested in orthopedics, and curious about the future of healthcare. You want to be part of developing orthopedics to meet the needs we face.
Do you enjoy working independently but also in a team with a focus on the patient's best interests? That's great because we are looking for nurses with a strong ability to create security, the courage to be the patient's spokesperson, and sensitivity to their needs. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
If you would like to come and meet us and see our workplace, you can contact our department manager, Malin Malmgren. Her contact details can be found below.
Warm welcome to your application!
Selection and interviews will take place continuously during the application period, which means you may be called for an interview before the application deadline.
