We are looking for a meticulous and driven E-commerce Assistant to join our team in Gävle. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced e-commerce colleagues and support the daily tasks of keeping our products and pages updated. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, details, and order – and wants to develop within e-commerce.
As an E-commerce Assistant, you will be responsible for:
• Updating product information, texts, and images
• Working with import files and basic data management
• Linking products and categories to create a clear customer journey
• Ensuring that product data is accurate, consistent, and up to date
• Supporting the team with ongoing administrative tasks
We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys tasks where precision matters. You do not need prior experience in e-commerce – the most important thing is that you are curious, eager to learn, and take responsibility for delivering quality in your work. We would appreciate basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
The position is part-time, ranging from 40% to 60%, with some flexibility available.
