Now you have the chance to become a part of RN Automotive – an exciting initiative aimed at elevating the brands Renault and Dacia to new heights in the Swedish market. Our facilities in Spånga and Haninge will serve as our flagship stores, and we are now looking for someone who wants to step into the role of salesperson at the Spånga location.
As a car salesperson at RN Automotive, you will build and manage your own customer portfolio. You will work proactively and creatively by networking, prospecting, and reaching out to potential customers via phone, participating in customer events, and testing new ideas and approaches to create business opportunities. You will have a strong product portfolio, the right tools, and support from the organization, but it is your drive, creativity, and ability to see opportunities where others see obstacles that will make the difference. Once the deal takes shape, you will guide the customer through the entire process, from the initial contact to test drives, agreements, and long-term relationships. Additionally, you will be an integral part of the team in the showroom, where you will also meet customers who walk in spontaneously or contact us directly.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with sales experience who is motivated by working towards clear goals. You do not need to have previously worked with cars, but it is important that you thrive in an environment where relationship-building, business acumen, and solution-oriented thinking are essential. We believe you have prior sales experience in a role involving proactive sales. Experience as a car salesperson is an advantage. Furthermore, you have a knack for building trust, are structured in your work, and are creative in finding new ways forward. A valid driver's license (B category) is required.

About the Company
RN Automotive is a newly established subsidiary of Hedin Caetano AB and a sister company to RN Nordic AB, responsible for the import and distribution of Renault, Dacia, and Alpine in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. Starting from November 3, 2025, RN Automotive will operate the dealership business for Renault and Dacia at two locations in Haninge and Spånga, taken over from Hedin Automotive Stockholm. This initiative is a strategic step to strengthen the brands' presence in the Swedish market and create the customer experience of the future. The facilities will serve as reference points for innovation, customer satisfaction, and business development, while also contributing knowledge and inspiration to the broad network of independent dealers.
