In the role of Assistant Unit Manager at La Girafe Arlanda, you will work in close collaboration with the Unit Manager, Head Chef, and Maitre d' to drive the unit forward. You will be part of the restaurant’s management team and contribute to the development of the unit. You are an integral part of the operations and strive to deliver an exceptional experience for our guests. You are solution-oriented and naturally lead and distribute the work with guests, Nordrest’s core values, and our partners in focus. WHO ARE YOU? - You have previously worked as a Maitre d’ or held operational responsibilities. - You may have been a Restaurant Manager but wish to focus on operations and guest experience. - You are structured, meticulous, and flexible in your work. - You can manage a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality. - You are available to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends. - You have the ability to commute to Arlanda Airport during varying work hours. - You are a team player who thrives in an open and collaborative team.
