Assistant Deputy Operations Manager - Division Nära
We are seeking an engaged Deputy Operations Manager for Division Nära. You will work at a strategic level with management issues in the Luleå/Boden operational area. Together with the Operations Manager and our competent employees, you are expected to drive and develop the operations further.
Division Nära is responsible for public dental care and primary care in Region Norrbotten. The division employs nearly 1,500 employees, of which just over 1,000 are in primary care and approximately 400 in dental care.
We are Looking For
We seek candidates with a university or college education, preferably in healthcare, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer. Previous management experience, particularly within a politically governed organization, is meritorious.

Your Responsibilities
As Deputy Operations Manager, you will be responsible for operations, personnel, work environment, and economics. You will participate in the management group, where your leadership is crucial for continued success.
You will be directly subordinate to the Operations Manager for the Luleå/Boden operational area.
The division includes 24 health centers operated within its own framework. The Luleå/Boden area comprises 10 health centers and a 1177 healthcare guide telephone unit. Each unit has unit managers who lead and manage daily operations.
You will work on management and strategic issues delegated by the Operations Manager, with economic responsibility.
Key development areas include reforms such as fixed physician contact and the transition to good and close care in Norrbotten and Sweden, with primary care expected to increasingly form the basis of Swedish healthcare.

Position Details
- Permanent employment in your primary profession with a time-limited three-year management appointment
- Start date by agreement, full-time day position
- Individual salary setting according to collective agreement
