We are currently seeking a Deputy Operations Manager for the home care sector. This includes all home care units, day activities, and family employment. As the Deputy Operations Manager, you will be part of the home care management team, where you, together with the Operations Manager and colleagues, will drive development forward. Our daily work is characterized by change and forward-thinking, so it is important that you stay updated in the field and can work strategically with quality assurance, operational goals, change management, and environmental monitoring. Your responsibilities will include, among other things: · Replacing the Operations Manager in their absence, which includes personnel, work environment, and financial responsibilities · Taking on assignments and projects delegated by the Operations Manager · Acting as a mentor for new managers · Financial follow-up and coaching QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has: · A degree in social work or another relevant academic qualification · Good knowledge of the laws and regulations relevant to the position · Experience in leadership, preferably within home care · Good computer skills and a valid driver's license (B) As a person, you are: · A confident leader with a trust-based leadership style · Communicative, attentive, and solution-oriented · Experienced in collaborating both cross-professionally and at various organizational levels · Engaged and motivating, with the ability to create a positive work environment Previous managerial experience in home care or similar services is advantageous. Personal suitability will be given significant weight. To be considered for employment, you must present an approved extract from the police criminal record, "Extract for work at HVB homes."
