Ramdalsskolan has approximately 500 students in grades F-6 and a leisure center with about 260 students. We actively work to develop our students' academic results and operate with a vision based on relationship-based teaching. At Ramdalsskolan, we believe that students should have the opportunity to learn and demonstrate their knowledge in various ways, and we systematically work with interdisciplinary thematic teaching throughout parts of the school year. **Your Assignment** As the Deputy Principal, you will work alongside the Principal, other Deputy Principals, and staff to develop the operations. You will have specific areas of responsibility but will also be able to see the overall picture of the unit together with the Principal. You will have personnel responsibility for parts of the school's staff, which includes responsibility for the work environment and the implementation of employee and salary discussions. You will work closely with the student health team and the school's management group and share our view that students' schooling should be characterized by a desire to learn and the opportunity to grow as individuals. You should see the school as a creative arena where we challenge each other to develop teaching in line with students' learning processes. We offer you a fun and developmental role. Experience working in grades F-6, including leisure activities, is advantageous, as is having completed the Principal's program.
