You will also have staff management responsibilities.
Häggviks Gymnasium consists of an adapted gymnasium with both IV and national programs, as well as a resource gymnasium with introductory and national programs.
Teaching occurs in small instructional groups, based on students' knowledge level, learning pace, and social conditions. We work with a clarifying, structured, and predictable pedagogy, with the aim of creating both security and a desire to learn.
With competent and committed educators, we base education on each student's abilities and prerequisites.

Expectations
You are a clear and communicative leader with a structured approach, attentive, positive, and driven. You inspire work joy and, with a positive human perspective, contribute to a good work environment. You have knowledge of and follow research and discussions in the educational world. You are unpretentious and believe in collaboration. Building good and trusting relationships with management, colleagues, guardians, and students is important to you. You share our values of Forward, Together with Heart and Wisdom.
Qualifications
You are a qualified and licensed teacher or have other higher education with a pedagogical focus, plus complementary education and/or experience with neuropsychiatric disabilities and special education. You have documented experience working in both traditional and adapted high schools. You are well-versed in school structure and relevant laws and governing documents.
