Your mission – lead, develop, and make a difference
As Assistant Clinic Manager, you will play a key role in driving the clinic together with the Clinic Manager. This means that you will:
- Lead, develop, and organize operations in line with our goals
- Be part of the clinic management team and contribute to strategic work
- Coach and engage employees in their daily work
- Work clinically and serve as an important role model in patient interactions
- Support the Clinic Manager in personnel, work environment, and operational issues
- Contribute to high quality, business acumen, and sustainable development
The clinic is divided into a general and an emergency section and serves as a hub for emergency dental care in Stockholm – as well as providing support to both Folktandvården Stockholm and private clinics when they are closed. Here, a broad range of expertise meets varied assignments in a work environment where we thrive, laugh, and continuously develop together.
What you need to succeed
We are looking for someone who is a qualified dentist or dental hygienist. You may also have a background as a dental nurse, combined with relevant higher education. You possess excellent communication skills in the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Additionally, it is an advantage if you have experience in leadership and/or training in leadership.
Furthermore, in your role as Assistant Clinic Manager, you are business-minded as you understand strategies and priorities within the operations and apply this knowledge to drive the clinic forward in the best possible way. You set high goals and work persistently to achieve them. You build relationships with individuals at various levels within the organization and collaborate by promoting and developing others' ideas. We place great importance on your personal qualities.

We welcome your application by December 4, 2025. Start date is to be agreed upon. Please attach a copy of your license/certificate along with your CV. The position is a fixed-term appointment as Assistant Clinic Manager, with a permanent employment in your primary profession on a full-time basis. We expect you to have the ambition to advance to Clinic Manager in the future. If you have worked with us or are currently employed with us, we will obtain references from your previous/current manager. A probationary period may apply.
Before the interview, you will need to verify your citizenship. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to present a valid work permit or documentation showing that you are exempt from this requirement. A successful employment background check is also required for employment consideration.
