About the Position
We are looking for someone who wants to combine clinical work with a leadership assignment as Deputy Unit Manager. The position is divided 50/50 between clinical work and management duties. You will work closely with the Unit Manager and be a key part of driving and developing the organization. During the manager's absence, you will step in as a replacement and contribute to the management assignment by engaging staff and creating participation. As Deputy Unit Manager at Tiohundra, you will lead the operations in line with the company's vision, mission, and values.
You will support the Unit Manager in their three main areas of responsibility: driving, leading, and developing the organization, having personnel responsibility, and taking economic responsibility.
Your duties will include:
Scheduling for nursing assistants and nurses
Scheduling of time books
Collaboration with home healthcare and other healthcare providers, e.g., for vaccinations
Personnel administration and staffing planning
Clinical work with standard nursing tasks

About You
For this position, you need to:
Be a licensed nurse
Have several years of work experience in primary care
Have very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
It is meritorious if you are also:
A district nurse
Experienced with Heroma and Take care
You are a solution-oriented person who is good at listening to others and thinking innovatively. You are confident in making decisions and prioritizing, even when the pace is high and the situation requires quick adjustments. With calmness in pressured situations and an ability to engage and create participation, you will bring the staff along in change work and development.
You have a genuine interest in leadership and want to work closely with the Unit Manager – as a collaboration partner and support in daily work. You contribute ideas, drive improvement work, and are a stable and secure presence in the organization. You share our core values based on participation, security, and respect. About Us
Norrtälje Södra Healthcare Center has approximately 11,400 listed patients and employs around 35 staff members. The healthcare center is located in central Norrtälje.
At the healthcare center, you will have colleagues with high competence and long experience, characterized by a good work climate and collaboration across professional boundaries. We have a diabetes nurse, heart failure nurse, asthma/COPD clinic, and an elderly care clinic. The healthcare center also has a rehabilitation team with a counselor, psychologist, and rehabilitation coordinator. All staff categories are involved in student mentoring in one way or another, which we believe has contributed to us often receiving top ratings from our medical candidates. Tiohundra has 5 healthcare centers and 1 satellite healthcare center. We collaborate on quality and development issues with the hospital and other company operations.
