Do you want to step into a leadership role, help drive an established restaurant chain forward, and have fun at work every day? We are now seeking an Assistant Operations Manager who wants to grow into the role – experience is a plus, but the right attitude is the most important.
What does the role entail?
As an Assistant Operations Manager, you will be the right hand to the restaurant manager and a key person in the daily operations. You will:
- Lead the team during service and create the right energy on the floor
- Ensure that guests receive a WOW experience every time
- Support in planning shifts, schedules, and staffing
- Identify everyday problems and find solutions quickly
- Participate in the introduction and onboarding of new colleagues
- Follow up on routines, quality, and working methods in daily operations
This is a role for you who want to take responsibility but also develop and learn more about operations, leadership, and sales.
