We are seeking a Restaurant Manager who sees Pizza Hut as an exciting and challenging opportunity for professional development within one of the world's largest restaurant companies. We want to find someone who has experience in the restaurant industry and a natural talent for leading, inspiring, and creating an attractive work environment for employees. Someone who can create the conditions for the team to deliver world-class service. You are positive, and your pleasant presence in the dining room and kitchen creates a good atmosphere for both guests and colleagues. You are detail-oriented, responsible, and fluent in Swedish both verbally and in writing.
Your responsibilities:
• Manage restaurant operations and continuously optimize the business
• Work towards budget and set goals
• Handle personnel management and recruitment
• Be fluent in both Swedish and English
• Work with food legislation and HACCP
