About this role

Do you want to combine service, sales, and culinary joy? We are seeking someone who wants to be responsible for our Bistro in the evenings and weekends, while actively working in our counter sales. This is a role where you combine personal service in the dining area with practical work in the store – a perfect assignment for someone who enjoys both customer interaction and a dynamic pace. About the Role • Work 1-2 evenings per week and every other weekend • Bistro Host – greet guests, serve food & drinks, set tables, create atmosphere • Work in our counter sales, selling fresh fish, cheese, delicatessen items, and prepared meals • Closely collaborate with kitchen and store staff • Occasionally responsible for small events or wine tastings We Are Looking for Someone Who: • Has at least 2-3 years of experience in restaurant, café, or retail • Is social, self-motivated, and solution-oriented • Has an eye for details, table settings, and environment • Enjoys switching between serving and store work – and can warmly interact with guests whether in the dining area or at the fish counter Extra Plus if You: • Have worked with counter sales (fish, cheese, delicatessen, prepared foods) • Have basic knowledge of wine/beer (or are eager to learn) Note – According to alcohol legislation, you must: • Be at least 20 years old • Be approved as a serving manager by the municipality How We Work The Bistro is open when the store is open. You are often the one welcoming, serving, maintaining order, and simultaneously engaging customers interested in counter purchases. The position requires high presence in the space, excellent customer awareness, and a dynamic pace.
