Welcome to us at the Authority Function in Höör!
The Authority Function for elderly care and care for persons with disabilities consists of eleven caseworkers responsible for investigations and decisions in accordance with the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons (LSS), and is part of the Department of Health and Care.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The position we are looking to fill works with ordinary housing. The job involves investigation, assessment of needs for appropriate interventions, decision-making, and follow-up in accordance with the Social Services Act. The role is independent, while you operate within a cross-professional team consisting of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nurses, and assistance caseworkers.

Höör Municipality uses the IBIC (Individual's Needs in Focus) work method, which involves a needs-oriented and systematic approach to working with adults.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has a degree in social work or has graduated from the social care program (the requirement is that the law course is completed). Experience in case management within authority operations is advantageous. We expect you to have a good ability to express yourself both orally and in writing, and preferably experience in documenting in the operational systems LifeCare and IBIC.
We seek someone who is:
- independent, driven, and takes initiative,
- structured and good at prioritizing, and
- collaborative.
You should be stress-resistant, flexible in thought and action, good at structure and planning, and have strong collaborative skills. A valid driver’s license for a manual transmission vehicle is required for this position.

The position will be filled, subject to necessary political decisions and that it is not needed for internal use.
