We are seeking a part-time assistance officer who wants to contribute to ensuring that people receive the right support and help. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Investigate and process applications for services under the Social Services Act (SoL).
• Conduct needs assessments and make decisions regarding various services.
• Communicate with care recipients, relatives, and providers.
• Document and follow up on decisions in accordance with applicable legislation.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders to create the best possible support.
You will work independently but also in close collaboration with other colleagues and professionals. You will cooperate with other functions within social services, other authorities, and inpatient care.
As a person, you are structured with the ability to flexibly adapt to new circumstances and prioritize based on daily events.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who:
• Is a qualified social worker or studying to become one.
• Has completed a course in Social Law.
• Has an interest in public authority work and a professional approach.
Experience in case management is an advantage, but not a requirement; we also welcome those who are nearing the end of their studies and wish to gain practical experience.

Since the job requires contacts, both internally and externally, you have good collaboration skills while also being able to work independently. You are proactive and communicative with a positive attitude. You need to have a solution-focused approach in your work and prioritize the individual.

The job involves travel, and a driver's license is a requirement.
