One of our employees is moving to another position, and therefore we are seeking a case officer to join our wonderful unit, where we provide support to the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
In the unit, case officers, housing coordinators, and a unit manager work together.
Your new job
As a case officer, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, determining needs, making decisions, and following up on interventions in a legally secure manner, in accordance with the Social Services Act, directed towards our seniors. Here, we work individually but also collaboratively in teams. We have close leadership and support from two unit managers within the unit.
We engage in qualified administrative practices, where our approach is a major focus area that is important in our quality work.

We collaboratively address development issues as part of our work in the unit and the administration. We use Life Care as our operational system and conduct assessments according to IBIC (Individual Needs in Center).

Your profile
You are a social worker or have another higher education that is deemed equivalent.
You need to have good knowledge of laws and regulations within the operational area, as well as good skills in the Office suite.
To thrive with us, we believe you are skilled at expressing yourself well in both speech and writing.
The job requires good collaboration skills while also being able to work independently. You need to be flexible and structured.
Experience in administrative work within social services may be an advantage.
A driver's license (B) is desirable.
