Job Responsibilities - Investigate, assess, and make decisions about interventions according to the Social Services Act within elderly care and partially in social psychiatry - Collaborate with individuals, relatives, colleagues, service providers, and other professionals and authorities - Work closely with elderly care and social psychiatry providers and external partners such as Region Skåne Qualifications We are seeking a candidate who: - Has a social work degree or equivalent education and experience - Preferably has experience in case management within elderly care and social psychiatry - Knows current legislation - Has experience with the Lifecare management system (advantageous) Personal Attributes - Structured and collaborative - Solution-oriented, independent, and flexible - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Empathetic and attentive when interacting with individuals - Able to communicate clearly and ensure information is effectively transmitted Requirements: - Social work degree or equivalent - B driver's license Employment Details: - Full-time, permanent position - Start date by agreement - Individual salary setting Additional Benefits: - Comprehensive collective agreement benefits - Favorable pension and insurance - Extra vacation days - Parent allowance supplement - 2000 SEK wellness compensation - Bicycle benefits - Vacation and pension salary exchange Interviews planned for week 50.
