Support Officer LSS/SoL Children and Youth

Here, you will utilize your skills to create security and the right interventions for the target group. 👉 Your mission • You will receive applications, assess needs, and make decisions according to LSS/SoL. • You will follow up on approved interventions and ensure that children and young people receive the appropriate support. • You will work according to IBIC and in the operational system Lifecare. • You will collaborate closely with colleagues, guardians, and other stakeholders regarding the individual's needs. ✅ We are looking for you who Must-have requirements • Have a degree in social work. • Have at least two years of experience in case management within LSS (in the last five years). • Have experience with Lifecare and IBIC. • Have a valid B driver's license and strong proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. Desirable • Experience in authority work for the target group of children and young people. • Familiarity with working in larger public organizations. • Ability to quickly adapt to new working methods and routines. 📍 Scope Full-time, 40 hours/week.
