As a person, you are an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing, and are skilled at creating good, trusting relationships with colleagues and collaboration partners. We believe you will thrive in a workplace where you can be flexible and engaged, and that you perform well working both individually and in groups. You take initiative and are driven in your work process, with a good ability to plan and prioritize tasks. We seek someone who is stimulated by challenges and can manage stress. Meritorious candidates have good knowledge of the IBIC method (Individual Needs in Center) and experience documenting using this method.
