JOB DESCRIPTION We are now pleased to welcome a biomedical analyst to the Flow Cytometry unit within KIT in Lund for a permanent full-time position. You will do this in close collaboration with the medically responsible personnel and your other colleagues. Additionally, you will be involved in the development of new working methods and routines to support improvements. You will also participate in the training and education of students. We offer you a responsible, developing, and exciting job within the expanding field of cell therapy, as well as cellular immunology and cytokines. Here, we primarily work with flow cytometry and utilize both automated analysis instruments and manual methods. As our laboratories are accredited, you are expected to actively contribute to our quality work. Your working hours are scheduled during weekdays in the daytime, but in the long term, once eligibility is achieved, on-call duties for evening shifts on certain weekdays after 4:30 PM will be part of the position. QUALIFICATIONS We welcome applications from licensed biomedical analysts qualified to work within Swedish healthcare. Language proficiency in Swedish at least corresponding to level C1 according to the European Council's scale is required. To thrive in this role, we see that you are meticulous, well-structured, responsible, and quality-conscious, as well as having good collaborative and communication skills. Furthermore, you are naturally service-oriented toward both customers and colleagues and recognize the unique patient behind each sample we handle. Additionally, you have the ability to adapt when circumstances require it and contribute to a positive work environment within the team. Personal suitability will be given significant consideration.
