Our tasks include diagnostic examinations with large volumes of ultrasound for heart and vascular systems on both inpatient and outpatient patients. We also perform exercise tests, spirometry, and neurophysiological examinations such as EEG and sleep apnea. We collaborate closely with the hospital's cardiology clinic and vascular clinic. The work includes some supervision and teaching, as we have a continuous educational mandate for students in basic programs as well as resident physicians. Work Group Physiological Clinic is an independent clinic within the Heart Center of Östergötland. At the clinic, we have approximately 30 employees, with the majority being biomedical scientists. Our goal is to conduct modern clinical physiological diagnostics of high quality and good accessibility. Our operations are continuously developing, and we are seeking someone who wants to become part of our team. About You You are a licensed biomedical scientist specialized in clinical physiology. Experience with heart ultrasound examinations is meritorious, as this constitutes a large part of our work. Daily contact with people requires good communication and collaboration skills.
