The shift schedule can largely be adapted to your needs—please indicate your preferences in the application. The start date can be agreed upon. What does the job involve? - Blood group serology analysis - Blood donor collection - Blood component preparation - Blood product distribution - Other laboratory tasks as needed - Blood sampling What qualifications are important for this role? - Norwegian authorization as a Biomedical Laboratory Scientist is a requirement. - Experience within transfusion medicine is an advantage, but not essential. - Good language skills are crucial to ensure safe patient care. Non-Nordic citizens must have passed the Bergen Test (Test i norsk - høyere nivå) or another approved Norwegian language test at B2 level.
