Our department consists of around 20 skilled and friendly colleagues who enjoy working together. The workdays are varied, with rotation between different workstations, providing an exciting and educational work environment. We take great pride in our strong sense of unity and truly value teamwork and a positive workplace culture. We offer coverage of travel and relocation expenses (up to NOK 20,000). We also cover rent for the first six months (up to NOK 60,000).
About the position:
This is a rotational position within transfusion medicine. The shift schedule can largely be adapted to your needs—please indicate your preferences in the application. The start date can be agreed upon. We also encourage students graduating in summer 2026 to apply. A temporary position may also be considered.

What does the job involve?
- Blood group serology analysis

What qualifications are important for this role?
- Norwegian authorization as a Biomedical Laboratory Scientist is a requirement.
- Experience within transfusion medicine is an advantage, but not essential.
- Good language skills are crucial to ensure safe patient care. Non-Nordic citizens must have passed the Bergen Test (Test i norsk - høyere nivå) or another approved Norwegian language test at B2 level. Documentation must be attached to the application.
- Personal suitability will be emphasized.
