About the assignment
The business is in an expansive phase where biogas production, gas networks, and market development are in focus. As Biogas Manager, you will be responsible for personnel, finances, and operations, as well as business responsibilities aimed at increasing the sales of produced gas.
You will lead a small team, drive development work, and work both strategically and operationally to ensure a sustainable and efficient energy solution. The role involves close collaboration with internal functions and external stakeholders within the energy sector.

* Personnel, financial, and operational responsibility
* Responsibility for business processes related to gas production and the market
* Ensure a good working environment and contribute to an attractive workplace
* Drive, develop, and follow up on the business towards set goals
Qualifications
* Academic degree of at least 180 credits in engineering, energy, environment, or equivalent
* Documented managerial experience with responsibility for personnel, finances, and operations
* Experience in biogas operations
* Good understanding of the biogas market and the political frameworks governing it - locally, nationally, and at the EU level
Meritorious
* Experience in business operations within the public sector
* Experience in developing business-driven operations and processes
* Experience working in a politically governed organization
