Responsibilities As a Biogas Manager, you will lead the development of the business, motivate employees, and find collaborations in the work towards set goals. You have the ability to create engagement and highlight the business's benefits from a sustainability perspective. You understand and apply business principles, where new outlets for gas and customers are crucial for the continued growth of the business. You focus on the profitability and efficiency of the business, customer and community benefits, and contributions to sustainability efforts. Qualifications - Personal suitability, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility - Academic degree of at least 180 credits in fields such as technology, environment, energy, or equivalent, or several years of relevant professional experience deemed equivalent by the employer - Documented managerial experience with personnel, financial, and operational responsibility - Documented experience working with biogas - Knowledge of the biogas market and the policies that govern it (local/regional politics, national level in Sweden, and EU) Meritorious: - Experience in driving business operations within municipal management - Experience with responsibility for developing business-driven operations and processes - Experience working in a politically governed organization About the Company Randstad At Randstad, we know that everyone has a place in the labor market.
