Guests come to us for a social and pleasant relaxation in their daily lives with fun bingo games. All our surplus goes to the associations, making our work very meaningful. BingoRingen was born on December 29, 2017, but the management was active in bingo long before that. Today, we operate several bingo halls across Sweden, with our headquarters located in Karlstad. Job Description: We are now looking for a staff member who can work approximately 30% on a scheduled basis, as well as extra hours as needed. The shifts are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. Since we are open every day of the week, shifts will occur on varying weekdays. The tasks include, among other things, sales, café operations, cash management, customer service, and calling out numbers. At BingoRingen, it is important that our customers are the focus, and that we provide the best possible service and experience. During your initial period with us, you will undergo training to learn and understand the work. After this, you will work independently during your shifts. Qualifications: We would like you to be service-oriented, attentive, social, and stress-resistant, with good knowledge of spoken and written Swedish. It is a merit if you speak additional languages, but it is not a requirement. A good sense of numbers and quick learning ability are pluses. At BingoRingen in Eskilstuna, we work independently during our shifts, so it is crucial that you can work autonomously and take initiative. If you have previously worked in customer service and sales, we see that as an advantage, but the greatest emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.
