Our vision is to conduct bingo games and lotteries with a big heart, a lot of joy, and in a responsible and developmental manner. Guests come to us for social and pleasant relaxation in their daily lives with fun bingo games. All our surplus goes to community organizations, making our work very meaningful. BingoRingen was founded on December 29, 2017, but the management was active in bingo long before that. Today, we operate multiple bingo halls across Sweden, with our headquarters located in Karlstad. Job Description: We are currently seeking a staff member who can work extra as needed. Work shifts will occur on weekdays. The shifts are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. As we are open every day of the week, the shifts will vary across different weekdays. Responsibilities include sales, café operations, cash handling, and customer service. It is important to us that customers are the focus and that we provide the best possible service and experience. During your initial period with us, you will undergo training to learn and understand the work. After that, you will work independently during your shifts. Qualifications: We want you to be service-oriented, attentive, social, and stress-resistant, with good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form. It is advantageous if you speak additional languages, but this is not a requirement. A plus is if you have a good sense of numbers and are a quick learner. At BingoRingen in Skoghall, we work independently during shifts, so it is important that you can work autonomously and take initiative. If you have previously worked in customer service and sales, we consider this a merit, but the greatest emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.
