About the Position
As a Mobile Smart Repair Technician at Intelligent Repair Solutions Sweden AB, you will have the opportunity to work directly with customers performing repairs and painting work. You will work both on-site and in our own facilities when needed. Your mission is to identify damages, perform repairs, and provide professional recommendations to improve vehicle condition.
Job Responsibilities
• Perform painting, polishing, and minor body repairs (Smart Repair).
• Identify and offer additional services to customers in a trustworthy manner.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Ensure high quality and customer satisfaction in every assignment.
Qualifications
• At least 3 years of experience in automotive painting or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license (B-class).
• Fluent Swedish.
• Sales and customer service experience is advantageous.
• You are service-oriented, detail-focused, and flexible – and enjoy meeting people.
