About this role
We are a first-generation family business operating in car sales and service. Toveks Bil was founded in 1994 by Gregor Tovek, who is still the main owner. We have approximately 850 employees within the group and generate around 5 billion SEK in revenue. We have facilities in 18 locations primarily in Western Sweden and are dealers for Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Škoda, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, and Scania. We operate through three different companies, but under a common brand – Toveks Bil.
We are now looking for a driven and energetic salesperson for our facility (Cupra/Seat) in Skövde.
The position involves independently managing the entire sales process, from the first contact with the customer to test drives, quotes, delivery, and customer care. Your customers will include both private individuals and businesses of various sizes. You will work proactively with prospecting and activities both inside and outside the showroom. As a salesperson, you are responsible for your own development, with support from our organization. We have well-established sales processes, training programs, and excellent IT systems that will assist you in succeeding in your role as a salesperson with us.
In Skövde, we are a group of happy and positive salespeople, and we are looking for someone who wants to be a part of this and contribute to our fantastic atmosphere. It is advantageous if you currently work in sales, perhaps within retail or direct sales, and are looking to take the next step in your career. We would also like you to have a technical interest, as the cars you will be selling are modern, electrified, and connected. Additionally, a general interest in cars is a plus.
As a salesperson, you need to be like a chameleon, good at connecting with people but also structured in your work and processes. We believe you fit the description: driven, engaged, and eager to make good deals. Together with our brands, we will provide you with an introduction and ongoing training throughout your employment. You will become part of a team of experienced salespeople who are happy to share their knowledge. Salary: Fixed monthly salary plus commission
