We are now seeking a new team member for their damage repair department who wants to continue growing with Börjessons Bil.
About the Position
As a Body Repair Technician at Börjessons Bil, you will perform professional repairs of collision and sheet metal damage on their passenger and commercial vehicles. You will:
• Carry out body and damage repairs according to manufacturer specifications
• Work with straightening bench, welding, replacement of body parts, and calibration tasks
• Read error codes and perform basic troubleshooting (deeper diagnostics handled by another technician)
• Manage work orders and documentation in their systems, including CABAS
• Have some customer interaction during vehicle drop-off/pick-up
Börjessons Bil is certified damage specialists, which means a traceable and quality-controlled work approach - and you will be a crucial part of maintaining this.
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
• Has automotive technical education focused on damage repair/bodywork, or equivalent experience
• Has previous experience as a body repair technician (advantageous if you've worked within the Volkswagen group)
• Has good computer skills and a driver's license (B-class)
• Is detail-oriented, responsible, and works systematically
• Is positive, service-minded, and enjoys working in a highly engaged team
Experience with the CABAS system and/or welding license is a plus - but not required. They offer training for the right person.
