About the Position
We are now seeking two driven and skilled mechanics for our workshop. We believe the ideal candidate is technically knowledgeable, communicative, and naturally takes pride in their professional practice.
When working as a vehicle mechanic with us, you should have a good business sense and understand the importance of prioritizing customer service, which is crucial since 75% of our customers are business clients with high expectations and demanding well-executed work within agreed timeframes.
You will work closely with customers and therefore need the ability to create long-term customer relationships.
The position involves tire service, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for passenger cars, light trucks, and motorhomes of most manufacturers. May also include service and repairs of other vehicles such as ATVs, side-by-side vehicles, and two-wheeled electric vehicles.
Qualifications
To be considered for the role, we seek candidates who have:
• Passionate technical and vehicle mechanical interest
• Documented relevant education
• Documented experience as a vehicle mechanic
• Good administrative skills and computer proficiency
• Strong communication skills
• Tire mounting and balancing experience
• Vehicle wheel alignment capabilities
• AC system work
• Welding knowledge
• Excellent customer interaction skills
• Experience with construction and tractor tires, including tire repair
You are flexible and structured in your work while being responsible and seeing challenges as a natural career step. You are socially outgoing, collaborative, and can work under time pressure. You quickly adapt to new instructions and have a strong passion for automotive work and service. Minimum B driver's license required, BE, C, CE licenses preferred.
This is a full-time position with individual salary compensation.
