About this role

Welcome to Grade! We are a software company that offers comprehensive solutions in learning and competence provision. We bring together Talent Management, Learning Management, pulse surveys, and bespoke e-learning production under one roof. We are experiencing strong growth and are therefore always interested in potential talent! If there is no current position advertised, we would be more than happy for you to send in a spontaneous application or subscribe to upcoming positions. We believe in setting high goals, having fun, and working towards continuous improvement in everything we do. We have high ambitions for both individuals and the company's development, while at the same time valuing a friendly work environment where everyone is welcome. To create a strong community, we have a number of initiatives in social activities, and with a generous health care contribution, we prioritize health. Do you prefer playing paddle, table tennis, running, FIFA, breakfast, or Thursday coffee? With us, you get everything! Are you a structured, detail-oriented, and proactive person who loves invoicing? Then you might be the Billing Specialist we are looking for! About the Role As a Billing Specialist with us, you will become an important part of our dedicated and welcoming billing team within Finance. Here, you will work with a competent, supportive, and collaborative group that enjoys sharing knowledge, helping each other, and having fun along the way. We are in the midst of an exciting growth journey where we are modernizing our working methods and upgrading our systems. Currently, we work with HubSpot, Younium, and NetSuite, and we are looking for someone who wants to help shape the future billing and order-to-cash processes with us. As a Billing Specialist, you will: • Register and update orders in our business systems • Manage order changes such as price adjustments, cancellations, renewals, and upgrades • Create and send invoices for our various revenue streams, primarily software subscriptions • Follow up on payments and send reminders • Handle inquiries from both customers and colleagues • Ensure high data quality in customer records and master data • Contribute to the development of efficient workflows and system support throughout the order-to-cash process Who You Are You have a genuine interest in invoicing, order flows, and administration. You may be at the beginning of your career or have accumulated a few years of experience – what matters most is that you are curious, meticulous, and enjoy a role where structure meets variety in daily tasks. To thrive with us, you are responsible, flexible, and comfortable working in an environment where a lot is happening. Experience from a SaaS company or other fast-growing companies is a plus. Since we work with Swedish customer agreements and have daily customer contact, you need to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written. English is our corporate language, so you need to be proficient in that as well. If you also have knowledge of Finnish, we see it as a valuable asset. Why Choose Grade? Grade is a fast-growing software company where you will have colleagues across the Nordics and the opportunity to work with appreciated, modern HR and recruitment products that make a real difference for our customers. With us, you will encounter a warm and inclusive culture with high ambitions and strong team spirit. We value your development, well-being, and a sustainable work-life balance – all while you embark on an exciting journey where both the company and you as an individual grow. What We Offer • Generous pension and insurance package • 6 weeks of vacation and half a day off before public holidays • Flexible working hours and the possibility of hybrid work • Wellness allowance (5,000 SEK/year) The Recruitment Process If your application matches what we are looking for, the process will begin with a short phone interview where we get to know each other. Selected candidates will then complete a personality test before a second interview where we delve deeper into experience and motivation. After that, we will invite you to our office in Stockholm to meet the team and get a feel for our culture. The final step is reference checks before we can proceed with an offer. Does this sound like you? Apply today! We are working with ongoing selection and may fill the position before the application deadline, so please submit your application as soon as possible.
