Since our founding in 1946, we have developed a unique network of professional car dealers and sellers throughout Europe. We are growing again and are now seeking staff for our new facility in Staffanstorp.
Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will be part of a team of 5 people responsible for BCA's operational activities in Staffanstorp.
The position includes washing, reconditioning, damage assessment, digital documentation of vehicle condition, and any additional equipment. You will work at a high pace, primarily indoors. You will also assist with other departmental tasks as needed. This is a permanent position with a 6-month probationary period.
Your Profile
- You have some form of vehicle-related education and an interest in vehicles, such as different types of equipment and vehicle packages
- You have a driver's license for both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- As a person, you are open, social, and proactive
- You are unpretentious and willing to pitch in where needed
- You are outgoing while being detail-oriented and committed to doing things right
- Efficiency is important to you, and you enjoy getting things done
- Structure and organization are second nature to you
