**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Our regular art teacher is on parental leave, so we are now looking for a substitute art teacher who wants to become a part of our operations at Strömstiernaskolan. You will plan for teaching and have a formative approach where you adapt your planning based on the students' development and results.
Through clear leadership, you engage students both in your teaching and in your planning to create a safe and accessible learning environment. We use Vklass as a digital learning platform for our communication and documentation. The role includes mentorship for a class that you will share with a colleague.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
We are looking for a certified art teacher with experience in teaching and assessment in the subject. Digital competence is required to manage information and documentation and is a natural part of the teaching process.
As a person, you find it easy to collaborate and see it as a given to work collegially on planning the teaching. You interact with students, colleagues, and guardians in a responsive manner.
You are calm and stable and have the ability to create a safe environment for all students. We also see that you are curious and want to develop in your work. Your creativity inspires others and fosters engagement and motivation for learning. You are eager to contribute ideas and new ways of thinking to drive the operations forward. If you also have a good ability to build positive relationships with students, guardians, and your colleagues, we look forward to your application!
