Image Assembler/Mechanic

We are looking for a dismantler for our facility in Mönsterås. Do you enjoy working on cars? That's exactly what a dismantler does, but in reverse. Here, the task is to take apart and salvage the parts. We are now seeking someone who wants to join us in our "reverse factory." We believe you are positive, flexible, and energetic. You take pride in your work and value efficiency and high-quality output. You are easily motivated and quick to start on tasks that need to be done. You have a talent for organizing, structuring, and prioritizing your work. Additionally, your optimism should be noted – you are almost always inclined to believe that problems and difficulties can be solved. In most situations, you remain calm and composed, and it takes quite a lot to throw you off balance. You are social and appreciate having colleagues to discuss and reason with. Your starting point is to respect others' opinions and to always act considerately and kindly. You will primarily work with dismantling and recording parts, but other tasks may also occur. The main focus is on dismantling collision-damaged cars, but tire handling, washing parts, forklift operation, and recording parts, among other tasks, are also included. The work is conducted towards established production goals where profitability and efficiency are key principles. **Responsibilities and Authorities** As an employee in the dismantling department, you are expected to perform and be responsible for the following tasks and have the following authorities: • Dismantling on lifts and associated tasks • Engine dismantling and associated tasks • Tire handling, washing parts, and associated tasks • Inspecting the quality of parts and recording them • Forklift operation may occur at certain facilities We prefer that you have a vocational education in automotive technology or can demonstrate equivalent knowledge acquired in other ways.
