Your Next Challenge

As a sales representative, you will work independently following our sales processes from the first customer contact to vehicle delivery. You will focus on selling used cars, and once you get comfortable, it will be possible to sell our entire range, including new cars across multiple brands. Here, you sell a comprehensive ownership experience by also selling workshop and service packages along with financing.
Your customers are primarily private individuals. We work purposefully to seek out and engage private customers, and you will sell with access to the entire group's car inventory. You'll have modern IT systems to help you succeed in your proactive work. You'll be part of a sales team that engages customers in the showroom, via phone, chat, digital channels, and in the field.
Who Are You?
You are a relationship builder who wants to develop with Bilbolaget, genuinely interested in people and enjoy doing business. It's important that you like to drive the business in a professional and profitable manner. You have a strong customer focus, ambition to be the best in sales, and can transform ideas into reality. To achieve this, you are a person with strong personal drive, results-oriented, attentive, and with a positive demeanor. You are a good communicator who can easily talk to all types of customers while being structured, organized, and comfortable with a high-paced work environment. You have proven sales experience with good results from previous work.
You have at least a high school education and preferably a good understanding of business economics. Post-secondary education in sales and marketing is meritorious, and we prefer candidates with several years of experience selling capital goods or services. Industry experience is a plus. You have good computer skills and the ability to express yourself well verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English. You also have a valid driver's license with at least B category.

Additional Information
A prerequisite for employment as a sales representative is providing an extract from the criminal record register according to the Insurance Distribution Act (2018:1219).
Interviews will be conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
As we want an alcohol and drug-free work environment, we conduct an alcohol and drug test upon hiring and random tests throughout the year.
